Dear Mbrace Families,
It’s May 4th and it has been too long since we have seen your smiles.
As we continue to persist through this COVID19 Pandemic experience from our homes we have found ourselves reflecting on our values and our true purpose. Caring for one another and empowering one another continues to be our highest values. No matter what comes our way we are dedicated to caring for our Mbrace Family and our community in the very best way we can. This means we are committed to your safety all while empowering those beautiful smiles.
With respect to the orders from Governor Mills, the Maine CDC, and the Maine Dental Association we are mandated to see only emergency patients during the first phase of the rollout proposed by the Governor. During this time, we are preparing the office and ourselves with the highest safety and infection control protocols to see our patients in a safe way. These new protocols and safety measures will temporarily change the way we schedule and see each of you. Through these changes, our team is committed to welcoming you home to Mbrace, a place where you can feel comforted, cared for and safe.
Given the evolving nature of the Governor’s reopening of Maine, we are unable to provide you with a specific date when Mbrace can open its doors to see your smile. Our team remains available and committed to you during this time. As always, please contact with emergent concerns as a doctor is always on call to speak with you.
We miss you, more than words can express. Our Mbrace family and community provides us with constant strength as we navigate this time. Empowering our community has been and will remain our top value as we prepare to see you again soon. Know that we will be here for you!
With great love and respect,
Dr. Tarryn MacCarthy and Dr. Meghann Dombroski and the whole team at Mbrace
